My wife and I had been looking at many houses over 4-5 months before we decided to build a modified Embry by Artique. We had looked at several houses and had seen several elements that we liked but were unable to find a house we really wanted without compromising too much. Our realtor took us to an older Embry without a basement and asked us what we thought about it. I said that I really liked it with a few minor exceptions. Next we went to the Artique model home which I also liked. The houses are very well built and have a very classy look to them. We saw the Embry plan and were able to make modifications to it to have the house of our dreams. Our kitchen is very spacious and the double oven makes entertaining for large groups very easy. The master suite is incredibly spacious. Jim was very good to work with. He understood our needs and wants the first time we expressed them. He is very responsive and committed to providing a quality home.

Jim always made options available for us to see. We even refered him to our friends that bought just down the street from us. He is an honest hardworking individual. He took care of any and all concerns that we had. We still call him with questions even now. He went above and beyond to make us happy even after final contract.
